It’s a market that has increased since 2010 by over 25%.

One of the leading factors in this stems from an aggressive advertising campaign by many of the major manufacturers.

Car adverts are prevalent in most forms of communications. You see them on television, hear them on the radio. You go to the cinema and there they are.

Innovation

Because car adverts are so established, they must constantly evolve and be as creative as possible to stand out from the crowd. We’ve previously talked about popular adverts, so here are five more that became ‘must watch’ pieces to be shared the world …

Audi – ‘The Challenge’ (2013)

Taking advantage of pop culture, Audi brought together the actors who played Spock in ‘Star Trek’ for a humourous advert that has seen by over 6 million people in the space of one month.

Toyota – ‘Feels Good Inside’ (2012)

Utilising one of the internet’s most powerful allies – cats – this advert proves to be extremely humourous.

Honda – ‘Matthew’s Day Off’ (2012)


Remember the classic 80s film ‘Ferris Bueller’s Day Off’? Honda counted on it. And it worked, with over 16 million views so far.

Volkswagon –  ‘B**locks’ (2006)

Although not shown on television for obvious reasons (there’s swearing), this ad found a home online and is quite funny. Caution: NSFW

Audi – ‘Prom’ (2013)

Short and sweet. Very American, but highlights the core values of courage and innovation that Audi embraces.
