Volkswagen has decided to extend all of their leasing offers until the end of September, which means that leasing their newer models at a reduced price is now possible.
A representative for Volkswagen has said that this extension is to allow drivers to make the most of their money, at a time when they have a limited cash flow.
The offer applies to a variety of vehicles, including the new Caddy van, the new Transporter van and the new Crafter van.
Simon Elliott, director of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles said, âMore and more customers prefer the convenience and affordability of contract hire and finance lease as it helps to improve their cash flow.â
This lets drivers better âmanage their budgets and instead of having to sell the vehicle at the end of the term they can simply hand it back and start a new agreement for a new vehicleâ said Mr Elliott.
Although the offers are mainly aimed at the commercial market, there are also lease offers on the Caddy Maxi Life and California campervan. The offer also applies to commercial passenger carriers, such as the Transporter Shuttle with nine seats and the new Caravelle with seven seats.
If Mr Elliot is right then these offers may seem very tempting to a lot drivers and it may cause them to act quickly to take advantage of the offers before they expire.
As a result, there are a lot of experts who expect leasing figures, for these VW vehicles, to significantly increase in the coming months.
